As with every bank, the figure assumes near-perfect attendance, and part of each payment is deferred into escrow until samples clear the FDA's six-month quarantine — so real take-home runs lower, especially early on.

Portland is the only Oregon site. Eugene (~110 mi) and Bend (~160 mi) donors face real drives; for northern Oregon, Seattle Sperm Bank (~175 mi) is a lower-barrier alternative.
